Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the PS Beauty platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PS Beauty service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the service.
2. Accounts and Beauty Management
When creating an account, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Salon owners are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for all activities conducted by invited staff members.
3. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Cancellation
New salons receive a 21-day free trial with no upfront payment required. After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your salon settings or by contacting support. Cancellation halts future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
4. Client Bookings and Salon Policies
Salons are solely responsible for setting and communicating their cancellation windows, pricing, and refund rules. Automated refunds via Stripe are governed by the salon's configured cancellation deadline.
