Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") governs the processing of personal data in connection with the PS Beauty platform services.
1. Definitions and Roles
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, the Salon acts as the Data Controller with respect to client booking and contact data, and PS Beauty acts as the Data Processor processing data strictly on the Controller's instructions.
2. Processing Scope and Obligations
PS Beauty processes personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the booking, scheduling, and salon management platform. PS Beauty shall not process personal data for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the Data Controller.
3. Technical and Organizational Security Measures
PS Beauty maintains industry-standard security safeguards including encrypted communications (TLS 1.3), database-level isolation, encrypted backups, and access-controlled cloud infrastructure to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of personal data.
